Can you tell me step by step brom the begining to end how to draw the months between two concentric circles, separated by lines and eventually some small lines under to indicate the days of the month.

This is just my opinion:
Sir... with all respect... One thing is help a new user and other thing is work for free (teaching is also a work).

Anyway... It will help if you have an sketch of what are you trying to do.

Greetings
If you have problems:

The mentioned two concentric circles part confuses me.
If you want to make a circular calendar, a simple text on path should do it on one circular path.
Can adjust position by breaking the path at selected node near the desired starting of the lettering and use Alt+arrow keys for fine tuning.

Oh you have only 31 spikes instead of 365 hmm... what exactly it would look.
12 concentric paths and texts on them?
Wouldn't it look off that days in January are so much longer than in December?

How do I save my project as a picture or pdf but keeping the resolution ?

If you save it as pdf you preserve the vectors, meaning the resolution can be the maximum that the printer you use is capable of.
Use real life units to describe the page size.

However if you used filters -like blurring or dropshadows- they will be rasterized. 600 dpi is considered as photo quality, yet raster format is way larger in size generally than regular vectors so may need some try and errors on what is a good result (file size vs. detail level).

I written numbers to each tic mark. But how do I center/assign them exactly for each tic mark ? I've read this topic but I don't really know how to use scale generator viewtopic.php?f=5&t=18683

The labels are centered by default on a circular shape. You can set 0 label offset and dangling labels if you like -so they are centered exactly on the generated tic marks, then rotate labels 180° manualy if needed.

I tried but it's creating a very small object. I don't know how to do it.

If the labels are too small (can be set right in the mentioned extension by the way) you can select them all, and use the text and font panel (Shift+Ctrl+T) to set a larger size.

Or use the transformation panel (Shift+Ctrl+M) to scale up each object by a certain percentage.

And when do I select the numbers ?
I already created tic marks and assigned numbers to them? How to center them ?

They are centered by default.

I still don't know what exactly you want to achieve. You can draw almost anything manually.
If you checked the other topic mentioned, I had attached an example on what can be achieved with guiding objects, alignment and snapping. You can snap the bounding box center to cusp nodes so another solution would be simply scaling up a duplicant of the tic marks already made and snapping to those nodes.

Since that topic, the arrange tool has polar coordinates too, should make it even more easier generating some dangling labels.

In general, as this is all in the "work in progress" area, would you mind showing it to the public?
Probably you could get more spot on replies.

I want to attach an image but it says that extension is invalid.

Does it mean you could solve the problem?

No. I arranged the numbers by hand.

Mmmh. This extension:
https://github.com/brathering82/inkscape
would have done the job, see test screenshot:

(why am I getting 'invalid file extension' for a png and for a jpg, too?...)

Because it's not in the help section and this board was set up that way...

In the mentioned topic such a solution was discussed as well.
