Thank you, Ragnar.

I`ve made it a while ago and wanted to share it on the other topic, but then I realized it`s lost in some previous reformating.

Hi.

New palette.: Sigma Coatings Paint Palette - Sigma Chroma G.

Unzip the attached zip file and place the palette file "sigma_chroma_s.gpl" in the Inkscape/Palettes directory
or better still - in the user/inkscape/palettes directory;

Please note that loading of Inkscape is slower when large palettes are selected.

thanks Ragnar! and I even already know how and where to store them!
fyi - just so other win7 users know - when clicking on the little triangle to change palettes, it took the program nearly a minute to load! I thought it was going to crash, but it didn't.
Lots of nice colors! Ragnar, do you have one with bright colors coming? I can make one now if you don't have one, but I have to hand type each color, one day I want to learn how to use python. (there's got to be a good step 1 to python tut around - right?)

Hi.

Python is the best (IMHO) beginners language.
It's easy - if I can figure it out - anyone can!
Just google for "python tutorial" - I'am sure you will find one that fits!

What "bright colors" are you looking for? When you say "bright" do you mean "strong - vibrant" or "light - faded"?
Color perception is a study in itself!

Can "try to" make 'anything' you want!

Am thinking a palette that has each of the 5 primary colors. ex, Red, and a palette, or bright red going down in value to a pale (maybe up to 10 hues in each color). Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue. And since there's so much room - Purple, Teal, etc. all starting from the 'brightest' going down in value. make sense?
